Greek Cheese Pie

Ingredients
500 g Feta Cheese
350 g Ricotta Cheese
4 Eggs
1 Packet of filo pastry
Melted butter or oil
1/2 tsp Fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
Heat oven to 190 degrees Celsius
Grease a baking dish of about 9"x 9"
In a large mixing bowl lightly beat the eggs and then add the crumbled cheese, parsley and mix together.
With a sheet of filo pastry line the baking dish then brush with melted butter and continue to do this with another 4 sheets of filo.
Add the cheese filling and spread evenly, then repeat using the same process as before with 5 - 6 filo pastry sheets.
Place in hot oven and cook for about 35 - 40 minutes until cooked and golden brown.
Serve Greek cheese pie hot and enjoy
